MatchCut FX is built on a strict privacy-first architecture. All text generation, canvas rendering, video encoding, and audio synthesis operations happen entirely on your local device within your web browser. We do not upload your content.
We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII). We do not require account registration, email addresses, or payment information. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.
We may use HTML5 Local Storage strictly to save your UI preferences (such as your chosen layout style or aspect ratio) so they persist between sessions. This data is stored locally on your browser and is not transmitted to us.
The application is hosted on Vercel. We collect standard, anonymized server logs (such as IP addresses and user agents) purely for maintaining server health and preventing DDoS attacks. This data is not linked to any video generation activity.
